Unfortunately I have ordered a wrong article (size, colour). Is it possible to exchange or re-order goods?

Lounge by Zalando doesn't offer a set assortment. Instead, we order the items straight from our suppliers after the promotion ends. Which is why you sadly can't exchange or reorder items.

But you can return wrongly ordered item(s). You'll find all relevant return documents in your account.

You'll be reimbursed as soon as your return shipment arrives at our logistics centre. As a rule, it takes 10 working days after posting your return. Please note that, in rare cases, it might take a few more days after receiving the return confirmation for the refund to appear on your account.
