If you wish to have your return collected from your home, a pickup service can be arranged. Contact our customer service team by phone or email to let us know your request.
Before collecting the parcel, you will need to stick the printed-out merchandise return form onto your package. You can find this in your online account under 'Account / Orders & Returns'. At the time of collection, the courier will bring all additional documentation to complete the pickup service.
Please keep in mind that all collections will be arranged for a date at least one week from the day we receive your request. Evri will pick up your parcel between 8am – 6pm on the collection date.
