If you do not have a printer, you can go to the "Orders and Returns" section in your customer account. Then choose the option "Use your return barcode on your phone" for the order you wish to return and a return barcode will be sent to your email address.
Evri will scan the barcode on your phone at the return drop-off point and print off a return label for you. To locate the nearest Evri ParcelShop concerning your address, enter your postcode into the Evri ParcelShop finder.
