Your return collection will be arranged for a date one week from the day of your request. If your parcel is not collected as planned, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you in arranging another collection date. Using the same return label, you can still drop your parcel off at the nearest Evri ParcelShop should you start the next pick-up service immediately. To locate the nearest Evri ParcelShop concerning your address, enter your postcode into the Evri ParcelShop finder.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund and send you an email confirming the reimbursement.
