We will refund your money as soon as we have booked and checked your return at our logistics centre. This can take 10 working days after posting your return.

Please note that, in rare cases, it might take a few more days after receiving the return confirmation for the refund to appear on your account.

Note that some credit cards process refunds differently. You might find the refund under the original purchase date.
