Once you've finalised and confirmed your order, we won't be able to make changes to it – this includes delivery options, your delivery address, payment methods and product sizes.
However, you can redirect the parcel via the Evri tracking link and Evri application after the parcel has been shipped. For example, you can direct your parcel to a nearby pick up location, preferred neighbour, or safe place at your address.
Please check to make sure your delivery address is correct. If any changes are necessary, please edit your address under 'My Overview' in your account before your next order.
