Before we can activate your customer account, we want to verify your email address. To do so, we’ve sent you a 6 digit verification code to your email.
What should I do if I didn’t receive the code?
Check that you gave the correct email address when completing your information.
Check your spam folder as the email with the code could’ve gone there.
If you still haven't received your code, you can request a new one from the account registration tab by clicking "Get a new code”.
I received the code, but it’s not working
Copy-paste the code directly from the email to avoid any typos and make sure there’s no extra space before or after the code.
The verification code is valid 10 minutes from the time you requested it. If 10 minutes have passed already, you can request a new code from the account registration tab by clicking "Get a new code”.
I made a typo when entering the code
No problem. You have 3 attempts to enter the code. After this, you need to request a new one.
I closed the registration tab by accident
If you closed the registration tab before you were able to enter the code successfully, unfortunately, you have to start the registration process again.
